The Butterfly Effect Project- Kits

Smalti Australia is proud to support the Butterfly Effect Community Mosaic Project in Australia by suppling the materials to create a Butterfly using Smalti.

The Butterfly Project, based in Cairns is inviting mosaic artists around Australia to contribute one or more pieces, focusing on butterflies and hearts. These symbols of hope, change, rebirth and earthly beauty, will showcase kindness in action and leaving a lasting legacy to be enjoyed by locals and visitors alike.

To support people wanting to create a butterfly for this project, we are offering the following kits.

You will need a wheeled nipper to cut Smalti, which is not included in the kit, the Montolit Nippers are also available in this store.

• 200g cement-based tile adhesive Mapei Keraflex Maxi S1 grey. Black Oxides can be added to the cement if required.
